This manual is authorised by the under noted and the implementation of the procedures described and refereed to is Mandatory. The Quality Manger who has the authority to make decisions on all Quality Management matters shall administrate the manual and Quality assurance policy.

The authority to change this manual and associated procedures is solely the responsibility of the Quality Manager who also has responsibility for its periodic review. Any changes shall be made in an authorised manner and on controlled basis.
